These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Strata Digital Systems LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of our digital systems, electronic provisioning platforms, and remote IT consulting services.
We provide enterprise-grade remote IT administration, operating system configuration, cloud server deployment, and specialized software management services. Services are fulfilled immediately upon electronic payment verification via authenticated HTTPS channels.
All payments made through our portal are securely tokenized and processed via certified PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (Stripe Payments and PayPal Commerce Platform). By submitting payment, you certify that you are authorized to use the specified payment instrument.
In accordance with statutory electronic commerce regulations (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m) and the US Uniform Electronic Transactions Act 15 U.S.C. ยง 7001), you expressly consent to immediate electronic service performance upon checkout and acknowledge forfeiture of any 14-day statutory cancellation period once digital credentials or provisioning tokens have been unlocked in your session.
All software configurations and license deployments provided through our platforms operate under the exhaustion of distribution doctrine recognized under EU Directive 2009/24/EC and applicable international copyright statutes regarding perpetual software licenses.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
